How to Book Your Nordic Experience Private Tour

If you are interested in one of our Baltic Sea city tours or cruise shore excursions please send us a booking request. This can be done very easily via phone, e-mail or the website booking form.

All you need to tell is which tour(s) you are interested in, the language and group size, pickup place, your name and your contact details.

We will confirm the availability of the tour or activity shortly thereafter. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours, please resend your request or call us, as e-mails are sometimes blocked by spam filters.

Changes

We try to accommodate all requests for changes and, as a general rule, there is no extra fee for changing your booking. If you have made a group booking and some group members fail to show up at the last moment, you are responsible for compensating us for all related extra costs (having a larger vehicle, for example).

Bank Transfers and Credit Card Payments via Paypal

You can pay for our tours in cash (EUR), via bank transfer or through Paypal with a credit card.

There is no extra charge on international bank transfers made from other European Union countries. When you make bank transfers from non-EU countries, you will be responsible for covering all fees related to receiving such payments.

If you want to pay for the tour via credit card, you can do so as a full pre-payment via Paypal. We will send you an electronic Paypal invoice which you can pay online. A 3% processing fee will be added to your tour cost to cover the fees charged by Paypal. We apologize that at the moment we are unable to process credit card payments.

 


Office Hours

We respond to your booking requests seven days a week from 08:00 am to 09:00 pm (Eastern European time).


Pre-payments

As a general rule, we do not ask for pre-payments from small groups and you can pay the full amount on the day of the tour. However, for larger groups and for some activities we ask pre-payments. In such cases, our sales representative will contact you. Please note that if your group has made a pre-payment deposit and some members do not show up, they will lose their deposits.


Cancellations

If for any reason you need to cancel a tour, please send us this information as soon as possible. You can cancel without any penalty fee up to 7 days before the tour. If you cancel less than seven days before the tour but more than 48 hours before the tour, you will have to pay 50% of the tour cost. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the tour, you are required to cover the whole cost of the tour. Please note that in case of a no-show, you are also responsible for covering the full cost of the tour.
